The city manager may approve applications to close all or a portion of the park for special/community events pursuant to city council policy and fees established by resolution. In granting a permit hereunder, the city manager may waive provisions of this code relating to park use during the closure and can add conditions to the approval. Violation of any of the conditions of the permit shall be enforced through the administrative citation procedures in chapter I, article 06 of this code. (Ord. 0-11-1250, 4-13-2011)
