02.04.04: HOURS OF OPERATION:
The hours of operations for each department of the City shall be established by the City Manager, subject to approval by the Council.
Hours for the library shall be established by the Library Board 1 , subject to the approval of the City Manager and the Council. (Ord. 951, 3-8-1989)
