The police chief shall have the authority to suspend the registration of any bicycle and remove the license from any bicycle operated in violation of any state law, city ordinance or provision of this code after written notice and an opportunity for a hearing given to the licensee. Reinstatement of the license shall be on such terms as the police chief shall determine. (Ord. 976, 3-14-1990; amd. 1994 Code)
