A. An application for a bicycle license shall be made to the city manager department of the city on a form provided by the city, which shall be signed by the applicant or parent or legal guardian and which shall contain the name, date of birth, address and telephone number of the applicant and a complete description of the bicycle.
B. Fees for bicycle licenses, transfers of registration certificates, and replacement licenses or registration certificates shall be set by city council resolution. (Ord. 0-07-1191, 10-10-2007)
