The driver may appeal to the city manager the decision of the police chief denying, revoking or suspending a license within ten (10) days. The driver shall state, in writing, the reasons supporting the appeal.
The city manager shall hold a hearing with the driver to discuss the merits of the action and, after the hearing, may restore the permit or uphold the suspension, revocation or denial. The decision of the city manager shall be final. (Ord. 953, 3-15-1989)
