Any driver's permit issued pursuant to this chapter may be suspended for a period of up to six (6) months or revoked by the police chief for cause, following written notice and an opportunity for hearing given to the permittee. Cause shall include conviction of any of the crimes listed in section 12.04.02 of this article. (Ord. 953, 3-15-1989; amd. 1994 Code)
