12.02.05: CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY:

Each applicant for a taxicab stand license, in addition to the requirements herein, shall obtain a certificate of public convenience and necessity pursuant to article 03 of this chapter. (Ord. 953, 3-15-1989)
