10.04.01: APPLICATION OF STATE LAW:

For the purpose of this Chapter, a "cemetery" shall be as defined in section 7003 of the State Health and Safety Code, a "mausoleum" shall mean the structure or building defined in section 7005 of the State Health and Safety Code, and a "columbarium" shall mean the structure defined in section 7007 of the State Health and Safety Code.
