Any person violating any of the provisions of this Article is guilty of a misdemeanor or an infraction, as determined by the City Prosecutor, and shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this Article is committed, continued or permitted 1 .
