The Department of Community Development shall ministerially approve or disapprove such map. The time limit specified in this paragraph may be extended by mutual consent of the applicant and the City. If the urban lot split map is disapproved, the reasons therefor shall be stated in the notice of disapproval. The Director’s determination on the application is final. (Ord.
