The Agency is hereby authorized to enter into agreements and transact business and to exercise al powers, rights, duties and privileges as set forth in the Limited Purpose Local Government Entities - Community Reinvestment Agency (UCA §§ 17C-1-101 et seq.) (“Act”), as may be amended from time to time. All of the provisions of the Act, as the same may be amended from time to time, are hereby adopted as if fully set forth herein.
