§ 31.097 MEETINGS.
   (A)   The Board shall schedule regular meetings as it deems necessary and appropriate to conduct its business shall have no fewer than four regular meetings during a calendar year.
   (B)   A quorum shall consist of a majority of the Board of Directors.
   (C)   Special meetings may be called at any time by the Chair; provided, notice thereof is given to the public and all Directors at least 24 hours in advance.
   (D)   Meetings shall comply with all the requirements of state law including, but not limited to, the state’s Open and Public Meetings Act, being UCA Title 52, Ch.4.
   (E)   If the Board Director who is a member of the Board of County Commissioners is unable to attend any Board meeting, then that Director may designate an alternate to act in that Director’s place, and the alternate’s presence shall count as a Board Director for purposes of meeting a quorum and voting.
   (F)   Records of all Board meetings shall be kept, managed, classified and disclosed as required by county ordinance and state law, including, but not limited to, the Government Records Access and Management Act, being UCA Title 63G, Ch. 2.
