(A) The county’s Health Department has jurisdiction under UCA § 26A-1-108, as amended, in all unincorporated and incorporated areas of the county.
(B) The county’s Board of Health is hereby empowered to enforce all ordinances of the county and all applicable ordinances of the municipalities, and the laws, rules and regulations and standards of the state, now in force or that may hereafter be enacted, which relate to the health, sanitation and environment of the county.
