§ 31.059 ANNUAL DECISION-MAKING PROCESS.
   (A)   The Executive Committee shall set community priorities in keeping with the overall mission of the balance of state continuum of care.
   (B)   The Executive Committee shall set performance standards to be reviewed and reported on by funded agencies.
   (C)   The Executive Committee shall review all applications for new or renewal projects and make recommendations to the BOS COC for approval.
