§ 31.055 TITLE.
   (A)   Name. The name of this affiliation shall be the “San Juan County Local Homeless Coordinating Committee (SJCLHCC)”.
   (B)   Service area. The SJCLHCC will enable homeless provider agencies to serve the homeless and those at imminent risk of homelessness in the geographic boundaries of the county, excluding the Navajo Nation. The Navajo Nation has its own program and funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
