(A) Annual review and amendment.
(1) The bylaws will be reviewed by the Commission at the beginning of each calendar year.
(2) Amendments will be recommended to the Board of Commissioners for approval.
(B) Waiving or suspending rules. A rule of procedure may be suspended or waived at any meeting by unanimous vote of the Commission members present unless such a rule is set by state law or county ordinance.
