§ 31.081 REVIEW AND APPEALS OF HEALTH DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS.
   Administrative actions or decisions of the Board of Health, the Health Officer, or Health Department shall be appealed to the Administrative Law Judge under Chapter 11 of this code.
