Any person, firm or corporation, whether as principal, agent, employee or otherwise, violating or causing or permitting the violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be charged, for each separate, identifiable violation, with a Class C misdemeanor and punishable upon conviction as a Class C misdemeanor or by imposing the appropriate civil penalty adopted under the authority of UCA §§ 17-27a-101 et seq.
