(A) No occupied mobile home shall be located anywhere within the county where the total enclosed, usable floor space of the unit is less than 500 square feet, with an adequate foundation and skirting, and located and maintained on a separate lot having no less than the minimum area width, depth and frontage setbacks as required by this chapter for the district in which the dwelling structure is located.
(B) San Juan County prohibits the placement or relocation of any pre-HUD-code manufactured (mobile) homes, built prior to the MHCSS, 24 C.F.R. part 3280, which became effective on 6-15-1976, anywhere within the county. (See NCCBCS/ANSI A225.1, Annex D.)
