§ 153.187 NO PRESUMPTION OF APPROVAL.
   The listing of a conditional use in any table of permitted and conditional uses found in § 153.071 of this chapter for each category of zoning district does not constitute an assurance or presumption that such conditional use will be approved. Rather, each proposed conditional use shall be evaluated on an individual basis, in relation to its compliance with the standards and conditions set forth in this chapter and with the standards for the district in which it is located, in order to determine whether the conditional use is appropriate at the particular location.
