The county legislative body hereby amends the County General Plan and this chapter by adopting the Spanish Valley Development Ordinances and Map as follows.
(A) This chapter is hereby amended to include the attached Spanish Valley Development Ordinances hereto as Exhibit A. All references in the county code to this chapter are references to the ordinances attached to the ordinance codified herein, which shall be held in the County Clerk/Auditor’s office with the records of the county’s Planning Commission; and
(B) The Zoning Map of the county is hereby amended to include the Zoning Map attached to the ordinance codified herein as Exhibit B. All references in the county code to a Zoning Map are references to the attached.
