§ 153.126 LOTS IN SEPARATE OWNERSHIP.
   The requirements of this chapter, as to minimum lot area or lot width, shall not be construed to prevent the use for a single-family dwelling of any lot or parcel of land in the event that such lot or parcel of land is held in separate ownership at the time this chapter becomes effective.
