(A) Certain documents, copies of which are on file and are open for inspection of the public in the office of the Building Inspector and designated as the currently adopted edition of the building codes and any subsequent amendments under UCA Title 15A of the state’s Construction and Fire Codes Act.
(B) The above mentioned are hereby adopted as the “Building Code” of San Juan County, Utah, for regulating the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of all buildings or structures in the county providing for issuance of permits and collection of fees thereof.
