§ 153.026 HEARING AND PUBLICATION OF NOTICE.
   (A)   Before finally adopting any such amendment, the Board of County Commissioners shall hold a public hearing thereon.
   (B)   Notice of such a hearing shall be disseminated to the public, in accordance with state law, at least ten days before the scheduled hearing.
