§ 153.020 PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW.

(A) When a question arises whether proposed architectural and site development plans submitted are consistent with the general objectives of this chapter, the Planning Commission shall make a determination.

(B) A negative or unfavorable determination by the Planning Commission may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners, as provided for in this chapter.
