(A) Calling an electronic meeting.
(1) Members of a public body may request that a meeting be held electronically.
(2) Such request must be made to the public body chair at least three days prior to the time that the public meeting is scheduled, so that the necessary arrangements can be made for the electronic meeting.
(3) A majority of the members of the public body must agree to hold the meeting electronically.
(B) Electronic member participation. Members may elect, in their discretion, to participate electronically in any meeting; provided that, they give reasonable notice to the Chair of their intent to participate electronically and, in the opinion of the Chair, the necessary arrangements needed to facilitate their electronic participation are reasonably available.
