§ 152.061 EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   (A)   The final plat shall show all legally recorded rights of way and/or easements that are recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
   (B)   The county may require that the subdivider receive written approval from the owners of such rights-of-way and/or easements that any developments within the rights-of-way and/or easements meet all public health and safety requirements.
