(A) Except as otherwise provided below, each lot in the subdivision shall be served with an approved public water system.
(B) Individual or common wells or other private water systems shall only be permitted when the subdivision boundary is more than 1,320 feet from the nearest approved public water system. All private water systems shall be in compliance with the requirements of the state’s Division of Environmental Health.
