(A) Except as otherwise provided below, each lot in the subdivision shall be served with an approved piped sanitary sewer system.
(B) Individual septic tank systems, or other private sewage systems, shall only be permitted when the nearest point of the subdivision boundary is more than 1,320 feet from an existing approved sanitary sewer system. Septic systems shall be in conformance with the requirements established by the state’s Division of Environmental Health and the county’s Health Department.
