§ 152.054 SIDEWALKS AND PEDESTRIAN WALKWAYS.

When, in the opinion of the county’s Road Department, the projected traffic volumes within the subdivision are such that the separation of vehicular and pedestrian access is necessary for the safety of the public, the County Commissioners may require designed sidewalks or pedestrian rights-of-way.
