(A) A minor subdivision of four or less lots is permitted and is exempted from the platting process found in this chapter and may be processed and approved by staff with the presentment of a record of survey to be filed in the Surveyor’s office by a licensed surveyor and upon providing evidence of legal and utility access to the lot that complies with the minimum road standards as outlined in this chapter.
(B) Prior to the issuance of a building permit for any minor subdivision lot, the following shall be provided to the county: a site plan showing the location of the improvement in relation to the lot lines to ensure that the setbacks and other requirements as outlined in this chapter are met.
