§ 152.003 JURISDICTION.

(A) As provided by state law, this chapter shall apply to all land in the unincorporated portion of the county, except for lands that are owned or under the legal jurisdiction of the United States, State of Utah or the Navajo or Ute Nations.

(B) The county is enabled by state law to control all of the land within the unincorporated portion of the county by virtue of the County Land Use Development Act (LUDMA), UCA §§ 17-27a-101 et seq., excepting those lands exempted in division (A) above.
