§ 31.001 COUNTY SURVEYOR; FEES.

(A) The office of County Surveyor is hereby consolidated into the office of County Commissioner (the Chairperson), so that henceforth the person who is Chairperson of the County Board of Commissioners shall also be the County Surveyor.

(B) The County Surveyor’s office shall charge $20 for each page of a record of survey.
