§ 111.046 PERIODIC INSPECTION OF PREMISES BY SHERIFF.

The Sheriff shall be permitted to have access to all premises licensed or applying for any license under this chapter and shall make periodic inspections of said premises and report his or her findings to the Board of County Commissioners.
