(A) All applications for licenses, for renewal or reissuance of licenses and for transfer of licenses authorized by this chapter shall be verified and filed with the County Clerk/Auditor addressed to the Board of County Commissioners and shall state the applicant’s name in full and indicate that he or she has complied with the requirements and possesses the qualifications specified in the state’s Liquor Control Act. If the applicant is a partnership, association or corporation the names of all partners, officers and/or directors must be stated. The application must be subscribed by the applicant who shall under oath state that the facts therein contained are true.
(B) All applications shall be accompanied by:
(1) Two letters of reference attesting to the personal characteristics of the applicant or the operators and owners in the case of a partnership or the operators and owners in the case of a partnership or corporation; and
(2) A corporate surety bond in the sum of $2,500, conditioned upon the applicants faithful compliance with the laws of the state and all ordinances of the county.
