(A) In accordance with UCA § 17-50-309 (1953, as amended), the Transportation Plan for the county is adopted herewith. The plan and roadways subject to it, as shown on the maps which are specifically listed below, have been placed on file with the Planning Office, the County Administration Office and the office of the County Clerk/Auditor and are made by this reference a part of this traffic code as if fully described and detailed herein:
(1) The current County “B” Road Map;
(2) The current County Off-Highway Vehicle Road Map; and
(3) The current County Transportation System Map.
(B) The county’s Transportation Plan and related maps shall be filed in the custody of the County Clerk/Auditor and may be examined by the public subject to reasonable regulations established by the County Clerk/Auditor.
