§ 11.009 FAILURE TO ATTEND ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING.

A person who fails to appear at an administrative hearing shall be deemed to have waived all rights in connection with the hearing, including the right to appeal; provided that, proper notice of the hearing has been given as provided in published county ordinances, policies and procedures, an administrative order may be entered against a person based upon the failure to appear.
