4-2-3: SMOKING AND CHEWING IN OR NEAR VILLAGE BUILDINGS PROHIBITED:
No person shall smoke or chew tobacco in or within fifteen feet (15') of entrances to village buildings. (Ord. 344, 12-15-1997, eff. 12-15-1997; amd. 2016 Code)
