3-4-11: EXEMPTIONS FROM PROVISIONS:
This chapter shall not apply to any person who has a fixed and definite place of business in the village, such as the owner, manager, operator or employee of any established business in the village. (1982 Code § 3-3-2; amd. 2016 Code)
