3-4-8: NONRESIDENT SOLICITORS:

No license fee shall be required from any nonresident solicitor who solicits funds or contributions for any charity, community fund, state or national fund, or funds for any organization or any drives for funds of any kind, but said nonresidents shall comply with the other provisions of this chapter. (1982 Code § 3-3-9)
