The license required herein shall include the right to use only one vehicle, automobile, wagon or cart and shall apply to the named person only. Said license shall not be transferable, and the same shall be conspicuously displayed upon or from such wagon, automobile, vehicle or cart, and shall be shown to the resident with whom the said vendor seeks to do business.
