License fees in connection with this chapter shall be as follows:
 
For the sale of, or the solicitation for the sale of, any goods, wares or merchandise
$25.00 per day
For the sale of, or solicitation for the sale of, all other articles referred to in section 3-4-1 of this chapter:
 
 
Resident of Mason or Logan County
25.00 per year
 
Nonresident of Mason or Logan County
25.00 per day
