3-3-3: GAMBLING DEVICES AND GAMBLING:

Gambling Devices: Except for devices licensed by the state in the video gaming act and those used in the administration of the Illinois lottery system, no gambling device shall be kept, maintained or operated within the corporate limits of the village. (2016 Code) (amd. Ord. 20-546, 4-20-2020)
