3-3-2-2: HOURS OF OPERATION:

Every person who shall be issued a license under the provisions of this section 3-3-2 shall be permitted to have his business open from five o'clock (5:00) A.M. to eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M., inclusive, Monday through Saturday. Permitted hours on Sunday are from two o'clock (2:00) P.M. to ten o'clock (10:00) P.M., inclusive. (2016 Code)
