3-2-22: ADDITIONAL PROHIBITIONS:
   A.   Peddling Alcoholic Beverages: It shall be unlawful to peddle alcoholic liquor in the village.
   B.   Consumption On Premises: It shall be unlawful and a violation of the provisions of this subsection for anyone to sell or offer for sale any alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises where sold, or to permit the same to be consumed on the premises where sold. (2016 Code)
