A. Closing Hours: It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale or to give away any alcoholic liquor in or upon any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic liquor by the village as follows: one minute after twelve o'clock (12:01) A.M. to twelve o'clock (12:00) noon on Sunday; twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday through six o'clock (6:00) A.M. the following day.
B. Election Days: A licensed person may sell at retail any alcoholic liquor on the day any national, state, county or municipal election, including any primary election, is held within the corporate limits of the village. (2016 Code)
