3-2-12: NUMBER OF LICENSES:

The total number of all class A licenses issued and in force at any one time in any year shall not exceed one (1). The total number of all class B licenses issued and in force at any one time in any year shall not exceed one (1). (2016 Code) (amd. Ord. 20-546, 4-20-2020)
