It shall be the duty of the Mayor/President or Chief of Police to serve, or cause to be served, a written notice upon the owner and/or occupant of any premises upon which litter, inoperable motor vehicles, or other nuisances have been allowed to exist. Posting on residence/location of said violation, will serve as notice.
