11-1-15: INSPECTION OF IMPROVEMENTS:

All improvements to be made under the provisions of this chapter shall be inspected during the course of construction by an engineer or inspector designated by the village board. The final acceptance of all such improvements shall be subject to the approval thereof by the village board. (1982 Code § 6-1-15)
