11-1-14: TERRACING LOTS:
No subdivision shall be accepted by the village unless terracing adjacent to the longitudinal side of lots is confined wholly within the boundary line of said lot; and all terracing exceeding two and one-half feet (21/2') in height and a one to one (1:1) slope shall have a retaining wall conforming to standards of good practice.
